October Week 4, Year 3

Now that No Mercy is over, the road to Survivor Series now begins.

Raw

Match 1. Lesnar vs. Batista

Lesnar dominated the muscle of Evolution. He landed an F5. Jericho and Flair both interfered in the match. Jericho hit Flair with a Codebreaker. Lesnar hit Batista with a couple of military presses. He then hit a second F5 and won.

Match 2. Rock vs. Steiner

Before the match began, Big Show came out and stood at ringside. Rock went for the Rock Bottom, but Steiner blocked it and hit his suplex. The match spilled to the outside where Rock reversed Steiner's finisher and landed the Rock Bottom. Steiner won with a pinning back suplex.

After the match, Orton, Batista and Flair came out. Orton signaled that he wants Steiner's belt.

Match 3. Booker T vs. Regal

Benoit was shown in the audience, holding a ticket. Booker kept Regal down with a couple of kicks to the jaw. He then hit a Bookend. Booker landed a knee drop across Regal's head and then won.

Main Event. Goldberg vs. Mark Henry

Henry hit Goldberg with a belly-to-belly suplex. He then lifted Goldberg over his head then dropped him. Goldberg fought back and hit the spear. A minute later, Henry landed the World Strongest Slam and won.

After the match, Henry left the ring and grabbed a chair. He was going to hit Goldberg when Mr. Kennedy's music hit. He ran down and saved Goldberg. 

Smackdown

Match 1. Kennedy vs. Miz

Two of the loudest superstars go one on one. Morrison made his way down to the ring. Kennedy landed the Kenton Bomb. JoMo came in with a chair and hit Kennedy multiple times. Miz fought back and hit a back suplex and a huge boot to the jaw. Miz then landed the Skull Crushing Finale and won.

Match 2. Edge vs. Rey

Edge had Rey on his shoulders and dropped him on his face. Rey attempted a comeback, but Edge halted it. He then went to the top rope and landed the spear and won. This match was only five minutes.

Match 3. Last Man Standing - Bubba vs. Morgan

These two have fought many times in the last couple of weeks. Morgan landed a chokeslam and a modified F5. Bubba got up at the count of 4 and hit the Bubba Cutter. Morgan went for another chokeslam, but Bubba reversed it. He then landed another Bubba Cutter. Morgan got up at 8 and hit the running bicycle kick to win.

After the match, Morgan extended his arm for a handshake, but Bubba slapped it away.

Main Event. Iron Man - Undertaker vs. ???

 John Cena is back! Taker has a pretty good record in Iron Man matches. Taker was caught by surprise by his opponent. Taker went for a chokeslam, but Cena reversed it. After some powerful moves, Taker was able to land a chokeslam. Cena got up and hit the AA, but Taker kicked out. Cena grabbed a chair to keep the Deadman down. Halfway into the match and neither man scored. Cena went for the AA, but Taker reversed it and hit the Tombstone to score the first point with 5:28 left. Taker went to hit Cena with a bulldog, but he accidentally took out the ref. Cena landed his second AA, but didn't cover Taker. Undertaker hit a second Tombstone to go up 2-0. Cena scored his first point with 1:25 left. Taker hit Cena with a chair then the Last Ride to seal the deal. WAIT! Cena hit a third AA but Taker kicked out at 2.9. Taker added insult to injury with a third pin with 5 seconds left.

Recap: Raw's main event picture is growing each week. Goldberg, Henry, Booker, Regal, Orton and Triple H. Steiner has some competition. Mr. Kennedy...Kennedy is finally back and is a face! Batista is a heel again. Big Show is face. Bubba is now a face. Despite the match, Cena is still injured.
