June Week 4, Year 3

Congrats to Kane for winning King of the Ring. He will receive a World Title shot at Money in the Bank. Smackdown has so many stars injured, it was tough to make a good card. Good thing the AI can help me out here.

Raw
Match 1. Evolution vs. Kane
With RVD injured, Kane will take on Evolution alone. If he wins, Kane and RVD will receive a future tag title match. The Game and Flair were wearing down Kane early. Triple H landed a neck breaker and a DDT a few minutes later. Goldberg slowly walked to the ring with a chair. Triple H hit his spine buster, but Kane blocked the Pedigree and landed a chokeslam to knock HHH out.

Match 2. Stone Cold and Booker T vs. Steiner and Matt Hardy
Austin was shown walking to the ring by himself. Being the toughest SOB, Austin will take on both men. Booker ran down to the ring. Austin signaled for a double team on Steiner, but Booker took out Austin. He then stood on the apron. Booker and Austin were now working as a legit team. What? Steiner hit his overhead belly-to-belly and pinned Stone Cold to win.

After the match, Steiner and Austin shook hands.

Match 3. Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton
Orton landed an RKO at 4:20 but Michaels was able to kick out. HBK then hit an atomic drop and a body slam. Orton went for another RKO, but Michaels blocked it and hit the Sweet Chin Music. He then landed a fisherman suplex but Orton kicked out. Orton connected with a second RKO and won.

Main Event. Jeff Hardy vs. Goldberg
Jericho attacked Goldberg as he was making his way to the ring. Goldberg began bleeding after a flipping face buster at 1:36. Jeff then connected with Whisper in the Wind. The match spilled to the outside. Goldberg went for a Jackhammer, but Jeff reversed it and hit the Twist of Fate. Goldberg grabbed a chair and busted Jeff wide open. Jeff hit another Twist of Fate and won.

After the match, Jeff was celebrating and Goldberg raised his arm.

Smackdown
Match 1. Hogan vs. A-Train
At about the 5-minute mark, A-Train landed the Derailer on Hogan. He then picked Hogan back up and hit the Train Wreck. Hogan attempted a comeback, but A-Train was too strong. He hit a huge running clothesline and then ended it with another Train Wreck to win.

Match 2. Edge vs. Lesnar vs. Rhyno
I'm hoping one of these men turn heel. This was a great triple threat match. At 8:14, Lesnar hit Edge with an F5. He then hit Rhyno with one of his own. Rhyno returned the favor by hitting a spine buster on Lesnar. All three men went at it. Lesnar won by pinning Rhyno after a fisherman suplex.

Match 3. John Cena vs. Bubba Ray
Cena went for a suplex, but Bubba flipped around and connected with a neck breaker. A couple of minutes later, Bubba hit the Bubba Cutter. Cena was able to fight back as he landed a belly-to-belly and then the AA to win.

Main Event. Undertaker vs. Mr. Kennedy
Neither man was able to build momentum in the early going. Taker caught Kennedy and hit him with a thunderous DDT. He then hit the Tombstone. Kennedy should have stayed down as he received an STO and lost.

Recap: Kane and RVD will receive a tag title match in the future. Steiner has aligned himself with the Hardys. Goldberg is a face. I didn't know he was a heel. Smackdown was pretty tame this week. Lesnar turned heel. Thank God.
