July Week 3, Year 5

The Money in the Bank PPV is this Sunday. The card is getting there. I just have to figure out the mid-card title matches.

Raw
Match 1. Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H
Orton walked down and sat with Lawler and Cole. Lesnar landed a clothesline in the corner and an overhead belly-to-belly. He then hit a pinning fisherman suplex, but Triple H kicked out. Lesnar picked him up and hit the F5. A minute later, Triple H went for the Pedigree, but Lesnar broke out and hit another F5 to win.

After the match, Orton came in and attacked both men.

Match 2. The Miz vs. Ted DiBiase  #1 Contender's match
The winner will take on Chris Jericho for the US Title. Miz landed a swinging neck breaker, but Ted came back with a back body drop and a huge gutbuster. Ted then landed a sit-out spine buster and pin, but Miz kicked out. Ted ended it with Dream Street and a 3 count.

Match 3. Kingston vs. Sheamus  #1 Contender's match
The winner will challenge Jack Swagger for the IC Title. Kofi brought in a chair and kicked it into Sheamus' face. Sheamus got up and locked Kofi in the Texas cloverleaf. Sheamus let the hold go and connected with the High Cross. Kofi wouldn't stay down so Sheamus hit an Irish Curse and another High Cross to win.

Main Event. CM Punk w/ Paul Heyman vs. The Undertaker  #1 Contender's match
The winner will face The Big Show for the World Title. What is this?! Why is Paul Heyman with CM Punk? Punk accidentally knocked down the ref as soon as the bell rang. Taker landed a Last Ride while Heyman was walking around on the apron. Punk kicked out and locked in the Anaconda Vice. After kicking out, Taker landed a Tombstone and, despite Heyman's distractions, picked up the win.

After the match, Triple H attacked Taker with a lead pipe.

Impact
Match 1. Jeff Hardy vs. Austin Aries
Jeff was waiting for Aries in the ring, but A-Double attacked Jeff from behind. About a minute into the match, Aries left the ring and began walking up the ramp. Jeff followed him and the two men fought at the top of the stage. They made it back in before the 10 count. Aries hit a front-facing full nelson into a spine buster to win the match.

After the match, Aries grabbed a chair and hit Jeff a couple of times.

Match 2. Sting vs. Jay Lethal
I will be controlling Sting to move Lethal out of the top-4 in the rankings. Lethal was a lot stronger than he looked. Sting landed a military press slam and the Scorpion Death Drop early, but Lethal kicked out. Lethal landed a gut buster, but Sting locked in an abdominal stretch and forced him to tap out.

Match 3. Morgan vs. Devon
Morgan used his strength to drive his forearms into the back of Devon. He then hit a swinging neck breaker and a fall away slam. Morgan lifted Devon up for the Hellevator. Devon got right up, but Morgan hit a running slam for the win.

Main Event. James Storm vs. Crimson
Storm left the ring and grabbed a chair around the 7:45 mark. Crimson took it from him and busted Storm open across the face. They made it back into the ring where Storm landed Closing Time. He then landed the Last Call super kick. A minute later, he landed a back stabber and another Last Call to win.

Recap: Lesnar just defeated the #1 contender. Who's next?
